ABSTRACT

Classic logic and classic set concepts are insufficient about handling the complex form of the decision problems. Fuzzy logic gives efficient response to this requirement. Researches show that during the process of candidate selection in the parties, decisions usually made by the party rule from headquarters by intuitively.

In this study, nomination process of a candidate within the parties, in fact has fuzzy entries, discussed with quantitative analysis, a rational and objective method is recommended. In the study, during the process of candidate selection in the parties, the qualifications that a candidate should have are identified, the importance degrees of these qualifications are determined by the expert opinion and an adequate solution model is suggested. This solution model is supported by a web-based computer program.
